"In October I came to Eugene to visit a couple of my old high school friends.  I had been looking at properties on the internet for a few months.  I figured since I´d be in Eugene for a few days why not look at a few properties and see what the real estate market was doing as my wife and I had been discussing moving for quite a while.  I asked my friend if he could refer me to a good real estate agent and he told me, "He had known Hannah since she was a child and that she helped him buy and sell a couple of houses and did a great job for him."        Hannah and I corresponded by email for a couple of weeks.  I let her know what our needs were and they were many.  We wanted a house ten to fifteen minutes outside of town.  We needed to have a large shop building where we could run our mail order business: www.BeautynHealth.com from.  I picked out a property I saw on the internet as my number one choice and Hannah provided us as much information as was available along with information on any comps in the area.      When I arrived in Eugene on a cold late October day, Hannah was in communication with me immediately, helping with suggestions on where to eat, where to stay and fun things to do.  She took me out to see the property we were interested in on a day that showed us the tougher side of a Eugene winter.  It was raining and hailing but that did not deter her from having a shining and positive attitude as she showed me different properties that she thought could meet our needs.      After falling in love with Eugene and one of the houses that I thought would be perfect for our family and business I phoned my wife and she said, "Buy it."  I told her that, "She´d have to take a look at it before we could make that decision."  We both came back two weeks later and Hannah took us to look at the house and others in the same price range.  She was so helpful once again.  We wrote up an offer that afternoon.  Even though we were offering quite a bit less than the seller was asking and Hannah thought we were offering less than what the sellers might consider3;.she wrote up the offer for us anyway.  The sellers didn´t accept that first offer, but, it did open up negotiations.   After we went back and forth with about eight offers and counter offers we finally entered escrow.  Hannah worked very hard during these hardball negotiations and always maintained a positive disposition.      After the deal completed Hannah has been in contact with us often.  Not only do we now consider her and her husband Billy to be our friends, they are also a cornucopia of local information on the area which they are always happy to share with us.       I wouldn´t hesitate to have Hannah and Billy help us in the future with buying other properties in the area.  In fact, I´m going to have Hannah write up an offer for us on a lot close by our new home.      Thank you again for all of your help." ~ Steven Bass
