Hannah sold our home for us in the Fall of 2014. There were many more structural problems than neither she nor I had anticipated. She sought out local contractors who were able to provide reasonable estimates and she worked with the potential (and final) buyers to reach a compromise that was reasonable and fair for all parties. I was impressed by her skills in negotiating a contract and by her knowledge of the local real estate market.
